Revamped using Adobe Illustrator, this redesign of Bad Bunny's 'Un Verano Sin Ti' album cover draws inspiration from the album's lyrics and tropical elements throughout. This album explores the deep feelings associated with a breakup, but it does so in a way that tries to portray someone who appears to have moved on, partying and drinking, yet they still carry feelings and memories from the relationship, living through constant reminders of the relationship that once was. 

I used a beach-inspired color scheme with lots of blue and warm tones. My goal was to illustrate two empty chairs in front of an ocean sunset to represent the couple. The illustration can be described as messy or rough, signalling the emotional turmoil of the breakup. This helps create a feeling of nostalgia or longing, where the viewer can imagine themselves sitting in a chair, often wondering who would be sitting beside them.
